I have been practising counselling in Hampton for the past 20 years. I am committed to providing psychotherapeutic counselling in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.

I work with individuals, both adults and young people on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period. My aim is to enable you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.

I am experienced in helping people who have had difficulties with all types of emotional issues. I aim to assist you lead a more fulfilling life by helping you understand and come to terms with issues that may affect you and the way you think. I help rebuild confidence levels so that you can live a complete full life.

Professional Qualifications and Experience

I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor, Group Facilitator in Personal Development, Counselling Supervisor and Counselling Trainer. I hold an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling, Advanced Diploma in Group Facilitation, Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Supervision and a Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector.

I have been working in private practice for 20 years working with individuals and I supervise practicing counsellors. I have experience counselling young people with a wide range of issues, largely within a state inner-city secondary school.

I am accredited by the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapist, and registered with UKRCP (United Kingdom Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and am bound by its Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and subject to the Professional Conduct Procedure therein. I am passionate about my Continuing Professional Development and actively seek on-going training.
